ShoulderPhysio and LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com (ABN 14 245 003 207) is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Users of LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria and to the Federal Court of Australia sitting in Victoria.

 Currency

All our prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).

Where possible we will display the estimated price in the currency of your choice at the exchange rate between that currency and AUD as at the time of placing the order. The transaction will appear on your account in your local currency at the exchange rate set by your credit card provider at the time of the transaction. We are not responsible for any variations in currency conversion due to your credit card provider using a different rate. 

Electronic products

Purchase of electronic products such as ebooks and online subscriptions will generate an immediate link sent to your email account.  This is an automated process and any delays would be due to electronic server disruptions.

Please contact us if an order is not received within the expected delivery period.

Payment

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments must be made online via credit card (VISA, MasterCard) through our secure payment gateway. Access to the digital course is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

Subscription & Auto-Renewal

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew every 12 months. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time prior to your renewal date via your Account Billing settings.

Access Upon Cancellation: Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the course content until the end of your current 12-month billing period.

Cancellation & Refunds

Course purchases and annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable once digital access has been granted. However, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law. If you experience technical defects preventing access, please contact us within seven (7) days to resolve the issue.

Account & IP Protection

Course access is licensed to a single user. Account login details may not be shared, and course materials remain the intellectual property of Lyn Watson Digital Courses.

Security

All transactions are processed using secure, encrypted SSL technology via PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

ShoulderPhysio and LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com has no access to your bank data, and we do not store your bank or credit card information. You are therefore required to enter your payment details with every order you place with us. Personal information you enter on our website www.homeculture.com.au (address, credit card number, account number, etc.) is encrypted by a 256bit SSL connection in an attempt to stop your information being intercepted or read by unauthorized persons. However, ShoulderPhysio and LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com does not give any warranty that our efforts will be successful. ShoulderPhysio and LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) resulting from any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your credit card. ShoulderPhysio and LynWatsonShoulderPhysio.com is not liable for any damage caused to your computer equipment arising from any computer viruses, worms, spyware programs, or otherwise because of connecting to our website. Please ensure your anti-virus software, firewalls and other protection programs are kept up-to-date.

Subscription

If and when you decide to become a Member, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration form and to comply with the payment terms and Terms & Conditions of Use set out below.  You agree that if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, ShoulderPhysio reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your membership.  We reserve the right to reject any member at ShoulderPhysio’s sole discretion.
